Fashion that is inspired by utilitarian design influences from growing up in Tasmania. The ultra-modern and luxurious fashion focuses on the self-preservation of memories though layering of garments. The clothing offers wearers a little bit of the designer’s island to wear and provides protection from urban settings. Jye is currently studying his MPhil at Torrens University looking at emerging fashion technologies. Jye lectures Digital Design at The Whitehouse Institute of Design across all three disciplines.
