Pretty Standard is a Sydney-based design studio exploring how traditional textile practices can be applied within contemporary workwear. The studio focuses on durable materials such as denim, canvas and heavy cotton, using them as a foundation to experiment with craft techniques, garment construction and long-term wear.
A core part of the practice involves researching and working alongside artisans and small studios across Asia, particularly in China and Japan, to better understand processes such as natural dyeing, traditional weaving and repair. Rather than simply referencing these techniques aesthetically, the goal is to document, test and reinterpret them so they can exist meaningfully within modern garment production.
Alongside product development, Pretty Standard is building a structured archive documenting fabrics, techniques, experiments, collaborators and finished garments. This archive acts as both a design tool and an educational resource, helping preserve knowledge that often sits outside mainstream fashion systems.
The studio is also exploring the use of advanced finishing technologies through partnerships with organisations such as Jeanologia. By combining traditional craft knowledge with modern wash and finishing systems, the aim is to develop garments that evolve over time while reducing environmental impact.

We specialise in thoughtfully designed linen and cotton clothing that feels as good as it looks—breathable, durable, and made to move with modern life. Inspired by Australia’s relaxed lifestyle and conscious living, Linaya creates versatile pieces that transition seamlessly from workdays to weekends, seasons to seasons.
Our collections focus on quality craftsmanship, flattering silhouettes, and neutral, wearable tones that never go out of style. Each garment is designed with comfort, sustainability, and longevity in mind, making Linaya a go-to destination for women who value slow fashion over fast trends.
Whether you’re dressing for warm summer days, layering for cooler months, or building a capsule wardrobe, Linaya offers elevated essentials you’ll reach for again and again. We believe great fashion should be simple, natural, and empowering—just like the women who wear it.
We believe beach days should be fun, vibrant, and effortless—bringing relaxation and family togetherness. That's why we’ve designed matching father-and-son boardshorts for meaningful bonding and unforgettable memories, lightweight beach towels to make your beach trips a breeze, and cozy kids' ponchos to keep both parents and little ones comfortable and happy.

We are clothing manufacturers with a difference, providing trafficking survivors and other at risk and vulnerable workers in Cambodia with training, support and safe employment in our ethical and sustainable factory.
We aim to disrupt the global clothing manufacturing model where thousands of workers are forced into unsafe, overcrowded workplaces to mass produce low quality garments, worn for a season and tossed.
This large scale “take make discard” model is not ethical for workers, nor sustainable for the planet. Instead, we are creating a network of small, localised digitally enabled sewing hubs with 30-50 workers each supporting a team of outworkers sewing from home in neighbouring communities. All producing quality garments, adopting good environmental practices and paying workers a living wage.
Our subsidiary, Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) works with Cambodian social justice and rescue agencies who rescue women from trafficking and exploitation and provide counselling, education and health support. When these women are ready to be reintegrated into the community and take on full time employment, they require training and a nurturing, supportive work environment. This is what Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) offers.
